CSW’s Knowledge Management Suite (KMS) provides a complete solution for creating, classifying and publishing single source content to multiple media formats. KMS combines a number of enterprise web applications and utilities to deliver a thin client user experience which is available both internally for office staff and through secure internet for remote workers. 

The KMS product suite has been designed to work intuitively within print and new media publishing environments. It allows your staff to maximise time spent on content creation and revision rather than managing documents, production workflow and issue building. KMS reduces production costs by providing on-the-fly proofing, process management and automated publishing cycles.

Core to KMS is the use of the eXtensible Markup Language (XML) as the content source. Utilising the power of XML, KMS provides content validation including quality assurance, transformability allowing for content repurposing and reuse. XML also allows our customers to write content once and deliver that content to multiple output mediums.
