The KMS products
KMS is a combination of several products, based on an enterprise-strength XML content-management application and a content-delivery product, united by a common technology platform.
The Knowledge Engineering System (KES) 
allows users to edit, revise andpublish XML content components on management configured workflows. It has been designed to encompass the complete range of publishing content engineering requirements. KES allows authoring staff to create, classify, manage and publish individual stories, journals even entire publications all through a simple and easy-to-use web interface.
The Knowledge Delivery Engine (KDE)
is a complete, low-cost solution for the storage, query, and delivery of high volume content to multiple media formats. KDE uses industry-standard “best of breed” technologies for content delivery through the multiple media formats. The application boasts a complete web application programming interface (API) which can be configured to meet an organisation’s individual needs, allowing the system to be integrated with existing office systems and intranets and for business to business transactions.
The Knowledge Identification and Transformation (KITE) has been 
created to ease the transition of legacy content from traditional formats like Adobe PDF and Microsoft Word into structured XML knowledge. KITE works by allowing users to create a set of custom rules for their source content based on the styling, headings, tables, lists and even semantic rules to catch specific phrases and words. It can be used to extract metadata from documents, validate document structures against a pre-defined schema, split an existing document into re-usable XML chunks, or generating XML output that allows further manipulation.
All KMS component products can run independently or together. They offer value for money, and are proven to reduce costs wherever XML content is engineered in medium and large teams, cross-departmental or in remote authoring situations.
