KMS provides users with many different mechanisms to work with XML content using any of the leading XML editing environments. To address this requirement, KMS provides a state-of-the-art Microsoft Word plug-in that seamlessly converts your XML data into standard Microsoft Word documents.
Working with Microsoft Word lets authors and editors easily create content in familiar, ubiquitous word processing tools while KMS does all the complex work of mapping back to the defined XML structure. To the user the only difference is an extra toolbar option used to save work, validate content and insert common content and images.
When editing is completed, the content is transformed back into XML and can be published to online, print or any other downstream process.
